📍 Where to See Who Is Enrolled

To view your students:

  1. Go to Tutor LMS → Courses

  2. Hover over your course and click “Students”

  3. You’ll now see a full list of enrolled learners.

You’ll see:

  • Student name and email

  • Date of enrollment

  • Progress percentage

  • Last activity (important!)

  • Actions: View Profile | Remove Student | Send Message


🧑🏽‍💻 What Student Profiles Look Like

Click on any student’s name to see:

  • Their enrolled courses

  • Course progress

  • Quiz scores

  • Submitted assignments

  • Account info

Why this matters:

It helps you personalize support. If a student hasn’t logged in for a while or struggles with a quiz, you can reach out early.

Q: Can I message students directly?
✔ Yes. Use the messaging feature on their profile or connect through your platform’s community features.

🧭 How to Check Lesson and Quiz Completion

  1. From the Course Dashboard, go to “Reports”

  2. Choose your course → Click “Analytics”

  3. View:

    • % of lessons completed per student

    • Quiz results (scores, attempts, passes/fails)

    • Assignment submissions

You can also export this data to Excel for larger classes.


🚩 Identifying Struggling Students

Look for these red flags:

  • Students stuck below 50% progress

  • Failed quizzes or multiple attempts

  • Missing assignments

  • Long gaps in activity (inactive for 7+ days)

Reach out gently:

“Hi [Name], I noticed you’ve been a bit quiet. Is there anything I can help you with on this lesson?”
