  1. From the Course Dashboard, go to “Reports”

  2. Choose your course → Click “Analytics”

  3. View:

    • % of lessons completed per student

    • Quiz results (scores, attempts, passes/fails)

    • Assignment submissions

You can also export this data to Excel for larger classes.

🚩 Identifying Struggling Students

Look for these red flags:

  • Students stuck below 50% progress

  • Failed quizzes or multiple attempts

  • Missing assignments

  • Long gaps in activity (inactive for 7+ days)

Reach out gently:
