🛡 A Nation Without Protection: Why We’re Failing Each Other in the Name of Power

Real strength doesn’t conquer, it covers. Real love doesn’t exploit, it protects/shields. We were meant to shield each other. So why are we devouring one another?

This blog uncovers the soul-level collapse of sacred protection between genders, generations, and families. A call to confront abuse, betrayal, and generational wounding, and return to a culture of Divine Covering, purity, and spiritual kinship.

Once upon a time, men stood at the gate to protect. Women stood at the altar to nurture. Elders stood at the center to guide. Children played under the shadow of their covering, safe, seen, and protected.

But somewhere along the way, we forgot.

We forgot that we are siblings in Spirit, not enemies in competition. We forgot that strength was never meant to be used against each other, but for each other. Now, power has replaced protection. Abuse has replaced affection. And betrayal has become common, even in the places where love should have lived.

We are not just a world in crisis. We are a family without protection. And the soul knows it. When Protection Fails, the Soul Shatters

Every soul is born with a need to feel safe. It’s a basic spiritual law: what is Divine must be protected. When that protection is violated, through abuse, neglect, betrayal, or violence, it doesn’t just break the body. It fractures the soul.

Many walk the earth with these hidden wounds:

  • A girl/boy molested by someone who should’ve guarded them
  • A boy ridiculed by a father who should’ve affirmed him
  • A woman betrayed by a man who said he loved her
  • A man dismissed by a woman who never saw his struggle
  • A child abandoned emotionally by parents too busy or broken to care

These are not just personal stories. They are national traumas. And they’re happening everywhere, in homes, in churches, in schools, in relationships.

When protection disappears, violation becomes normal. And we start calling abuse “love,” silence “peace,” and trauma “strength.”

The False Power That Devours

We’ve confused dominance with power. But power that does not protect is predatory. True strength builds, it does not break. It shields, it does not shame.

We see it in governments that exploit the weak. In religious leaders who silence victims to protect reputations. In men who use their voice to silence instead of speak life. In women who use pain as a weapon instead of a pathway to healing.

Both genders have failed each other.
Both are bleeding.
And both must repent, not just in word, but in how we show up for one another.

This is not about male vs female. This is about wounded humans forgetting they were born to be guardians, not predators.

Rape, Abuse & Betrayal: When the Family of God(The Source) Forgets Itself

It should not be possible to rape someone you see as a sister.
It should not be possible to emotionally abuse someone you see as your brother.
It should not be possible to betray a partner you vowed to protect.

But it becomes possible when we forget that we are Spirit-born family.
When we see bodies but forget the soul inside.
When we chase pleasure and power instead of purpose and presence.

The world is full of walking wounds:

  • Survivors whose cries were ignored
  • Children forced to grow up too soon
  • Spouses abandoned emotionally but told to stay silent
  • Women blamed for the violence done against them
  • Men mocked for their brokenness and shamed for their tears

These are not just gender issues. These are soul wounds, and they demand soul-level healing.

Where Are the Protectors?

Where are the men who use their strength to guard, not dominate?
Where are the women who use their intuition to build, not manipulate?
Where are the elders who correct with compassion, not contempt?

Real men cover. Real women build. Real power protects.

It is time to restore the Divine order, not of control, but of covering.
Not of hierarchy, but of harmony.
Not of silence, but of sacred responsibility to each other.

The world is not falling apart because people are evil.
It’s falling apart because we have no covering left.
We have removed sacred boundaries, mocked virtue, and celebrated self above service.

Now we’re reaping the harvest: loneliness, confusion, betrayal, and generational trauma.

Returning to Sacred Protection

Protection is not weakness. It is Divine strength. It is seeing the sacred in another and choosing to guard it like your own soul.

To protect someone is to say:
“I will not harm you.”
“I will not abandon you.”
“I will not take from you what does not belong to me.”
“I will use my strength to keep you whole.”

This is what we must return to.
This is what must rise again in the hearts of men, women, and elders alike.

Without protection, a nation becomes a battlefield. But with it, we become a family again.

We don’t just need better laws. We need better love.
We don’t just need safety measures. We need soul safety, the kind that says, “You are safe here. I’ve got you. I will not let harm reach you if it’s within my power.”

This is the kind of protection the soul remembers. The kind we were born for. The kind that makes healing possible.

We are not each other’s enemies.
We are each other’s assignment.
Let’s stop the devouring. And start covering each other again.
